Excellent Doctors and nursing with housekeeping staff. My mother got admitted for dengue in critical condition. The Doctors gave excellent medication and the nursing staff was very cooperative. The house keeping ladies took very good care of my mother. They tended her with love and care. She recovered within 7 days. Now she is fine and healthy. The food in canteen is also very good and conducive to the patient's health. The rooms are well maintained and very clean and hygienic.
After getting information about the Hospital I had come to this nice institution for my treatment. Atmosphere as well as campus is healthy. Very important the staffs are very cordial and polite in their behavior.
I was admitted at Shanti Memorial Hospital under Dr. Srijoy Patnaik Sir twice, for surgery. I think Dr. Patnaik is the best surgeon in our country today. My surgery was done successfully & I recovered very quickly. The hospital environment is really great & the staffs are really skilled & caring. Had a minor surgery through Shanti Hospital.. The checkup to tests, admission, OT was smooth. But the TPA desk has horrible staffs. As soon as they see your health card they think that it's a free card and bill you to hell. The TPA staff is absolutely worst in behaviour, doesn't respect other person while talking neither a senior citizen. and Discharge the process was really bad . They lagged for 4-5 hrs for discharge which cost me another day charge . But apart of the negatives All other staffs, Doctors , surgeons, OT Doc. , Nurses, House keeping staff everyone were friendly and apt on their job. (5-Star) Management should seriously think to either replace such rude TPA staff or train them Human behaviour, Personality management, Consumer experience and work culture. (1-Star) Billing was a bit harsh coz of credit use of Health card otherwise rest all was a good experience..(3-Star) More transperancy expected while using Health card. (3-Star)
