Employees at this bank branch are very cooperative. They are always ready to serve us without delay. At times they are overburdened by the work load, still they try to satisfy the customers by best possible way. But, today I had some bitter experience of the person who was dealing with the updating the passbook entries. His behavior was bit arrogant with me, though he was at fault by not updating the passbook. Thnx.
