Throughout our stay at this place, we always felt comfortable. Cleanliness has been of top notch level. They have got a team of well trained, well educated and well behaved staff members. Sisters and nurses were available 24*7 for any help, small or big. We also had on duty doctors available 24 hours a day. Thank you so much to all the members of the team for making things easy and smooth for us.
I had a road accident couple day before. My friends bought me in Lifeline Hospital. I got quick response and treatment from the doctor and staff of the Hospital. Next day I undergone spine surgery and within 2 days I able to stand on my feet. All the staff of Lifeline Hospital is good n cooperative. The staff members were helpful and co-operative. The rooms were cleaned frequently. The overall experience was very pleasant.
Lifeline is a good hospital. The doctors know the prognosis and you are always aware of the course of treatment. The staff is very helpful and are always happy to answer questions and accomodate requests. One star less for housekeeping and canteen services. A lot needs to be improved in these areas. Although these services did not hamper the overall recovery process for my daughter, I would still suggest the hospital to improve them.
