I have recently visited hospital with doctor Naidu. He may be good and experienced.But we have very bad experience with this hospital.He has prescribed some tests and not reviewed on same day. He has not prescribed any medicine as reports not reviewed.I have visited next day for review of test reports and to get the medicine.Nursing staff will not give any information when your turn and when your reports will be reviewed. We have waited on second day also couple of hours but our reports not reviewed. When ever we ask, support staff will say after half an hour. But our turn not come after waiting couple of hours. We understood doctor is not willing to review reports as there is no payment will come for review of reports.Finally we left the hospital with reports with out reviewed by doctor and without single medicine. Very bad experience. This hospital is very commercial and not having any ethics. When doctor is not having time to review reports , then why to prescribe various tests. When doctor not able to review reports and prescribe medicine, then why to accept new patients. Government need to intervene and examine the tests suggested by this hospital whether really required or not as doctors are not willing to review and not having time to give medicine. Pls think for alternative option instead going to this type of unethical hospital. They look at only fees not think about quality of service they provide.
Had a very good experience at Citizens hospital Nalagandla. The hospitality extended by Soujanya is well appreciated by all the family members. The details shared by doctors and the support staff helped quick recovery.
We are happy with the surgery done by Dr. Ramchandra sir and Dr. Krishna Kiran sir. They guided us very well and my grand mother was so happy with the surgery. And i thank full for both the surgeons and Sister Mamatha is very polite with us. And i would highly recommend this hospital.
Worst experience. Chirag Rahul is the worst doctor we have ever seen. My family suffered a lot because of this useless fellow. They made a bill of 70k in just two days without even single doctor consultation. And then this chiragbis saying that we ran away. I think it was better that we ran away. Or else we would have lost. It's a government hospital with corporate rates
Worst place...no responsibility,worst treatment ...looting money from public...I sincerely advice not to visit this hospital
