This hospital is certainly overrated. We had a very bad experience here. From the concierge to the hospital staff everyone is just there to make money - loop you in a package deal etc. Every small thing that they do or use is in your bill - which is fine as long as they at least treat their patients well. Honestly speaking, there are much better hospitals in hyderabad. This is a hospital for rich people as long as there are no complications. As soon as anything goes wrong, the hospital refers you to another hospital (obviously better equipped than them to handle the situation!) and asks you to leave. You want to go to a hospital knowing that they will treat you no matter what and not throw u out in the middle of night as soon as things go south. This IS NOT A HOSPITAL ITS A HOTEL. Think hard before you decide to go here as it may leave you with a traumatic experience in case anything goes wrong. You want to have the peace knowing that your hospital will treat u and not abandon u when u need them the most. If you are worried about the well-being of the mother and child please think twice. There is no option for a negative rating otherwise that would have been more appropriate here
I have visited Birth place after lot of research as I didn't have very good experience of my first delivery. I wanted to deliver my second baby in safe hands and in pleasant environment. Finally my dream came true when I met Dr. Samatha. She assured that every problem of mine is assured with clarity and patiently she listened to our concerns. Even the nurses and helping staff everyone was very friendly n helpful. I enjoyed every part of my pregnancy journey with The Birth place. I recommend this hospital to everyone who is looking forward to have the best pregnancy experience.
The whole ambiance and the treatment is as if we are in a star hotel. It looks more like a premium resort/hotel than a hospital and it is an expensive affair to undergo a surgery or something. However, there are expert doctors and sophisticated equipment. We used to consult here because our doctor - Sasikala visited here. Did a suture procedure for my wife and enjoyed the luxurious stay and food here (for a 2-day package if am right). A mom-to-be who's sick of hospital environment/system and who can afford the bills can enjoy being here, get pampered and make the who pregnancy period as well as delivery a wonderful affair!!
This place is astonishing. The service, immaculate and even better are the doctors. The members of The Birthplace team make me feel very welcome. Would go here for the birth of my child, in another 10 or so years!
Neat and clean absolutely unorganised and understaffed. In our case they just forgot to call names in sequence, then receptionists were missing from the reception and then there wasn't seeming to be a real, defined process to virtually anything at all. Staff at the reception avoids eye contact and likes to seem busy away from the reception desk
