One of the best hospitals in terms of facilities and infrastructure and on the same time it is one of the worst hospitals in terms of treatment and services. If you are a well paying patient then you will get world class services and the staff will be very friendly and courteous. If you are a company employee patient then it will be opposite. Today the doctors are just making money. They are not at all seriously treating the patients.
Worst service . Admitted here for my treatment for gallbladder sludge . Doctor's took 1 month for this , and result was zero. Not zero , you can say negative , as during my operation , infection caused to me , and I suffered a lot . Also , in my ward , during the period of 1 month , I saw the death of 4 patient . Doctors response was worst . They don't care for the life of patient . And nurses , uff , Nurses don't even know how to take blood , how to read pulse . Ward is not clean . The way for replacement of your bed sheet , pillow cover , your dress is very bad .These Staff don't know how to talk to patient. I was not even getting oxygen during emergency . Staff are there for clean your latrine pad , but practically they don't do . At night , you will not find a single nurse awake. They don't even respond , when you call them at night . What a worst service . I am totally unhappy with the service of TMH hospital. TATA brand is very much popolar not only in India but all over world. TATA group is known for its service and reliability but not in the case of TMH (Tata Main Hospital) . I wonder why TMH Management is not taking this matter seriously . TMH is ruining the reputation of TATA group . Please improve the service . I spent more than Rs. 2,70,000/- but didn't get well . I had to refer to other hospital for heigher treatment . Worst thing is that , the staff enrolled through agency drinks / consumes alcohal inside the Ward and nobody cares . Ratan TATA Sir , please , look into this matter and take necessary action to improve the service of TMH , Jamshedpur.
They Killed my Father,After So many visit to Hospital they were unable to diagnose the diseases..When it was too late they moved patient from ward to ccu and unnecessary kept the patient in Ventilator.Every time during the visit they utter the same word lika a tape recorder..." Patient is Critical,if u want u can discharge ur patient" when patient was recovering patient died..NEVER ADMIT UR DEAR ONE AT TMH. I LOST MY FATHER DUE TO TMH..unexperienced Doctor..They Kill not Cure.
