Hospitality is no 1. Staffs behavior is beyond expectations. Patient deserving diet . Only infrastructure facilities need to be developed n the work is under construction. Genuinely saying I'm fully satisfied with this hospital.
Nursing staff,cleaning staff were very cordial during our stay in the hospital. Some IV vials were leaking during administration.This may be taken care in future. Food quality may be reviewed and improved upon. All maintenance staff and PRO were well behaved. This is a good hospital overall.
Sun Hospital is well located & customer friendly. The staff of Sun Hospital are well behaved and helping attitude. Some service should be improve like lift is not working and must to change their food quality. Foods are worst and same foods are circulating everyday to the patients. If Sun Hospital change their food quality and including snacks 2 times like 1years before their ll no stone turn back.
Sun Hospital is the best Hospital in Cuttack City. Starting from reception counter, ward maids, Nurses & Doctors are cordial,humble & well trained. Doctors explain the problem in a simple way so that lay man can understand it. I am thankful to all members of Sun Hospital for giving their best to us.
Dr. Sushant is a really friendly and experienced Doctor. He listens to problems carefully and treats them accordingly. My uncle was admitted to the ICU at Sun Hospital for the last few days. Very well experienced and energetic team for patients quality service. The cost comparison to other hospitals is quite low. Place is neat and Clean. The grievances raised by us are immediately attended by the staff and provide solutions immediately. We will recommend the best hospital for all classes of people.
