I came here with a breathing and arthritis problem. Got admitted here, the hospitality is very good. Rooms are big and neat. Doctors are very much concerned and frequently visiting patient and getting to know the health of patients is well maintained. One thing I really liked is Doctor explains each and every reports and issues of the patient, if we don't understand, they explain with good examples. Where as other hospitals doctor are always in a hurry and miss to give the right information needed for patients. Thank you ChanRe team.
One of the worst service they were giving now , they were not giving proper information to customers. Some important samples they were sending to outsides (Outsourcing) due to unavailabity of facilities there we should need to wait for more than one week. Inspite of that some reports they given quickly. I'm humbly pray to the management team please give me proper information to customer from your staffs & lab technicians.
This is the worst I have gone to. The staff are really worse and they insist that you have to meet a different doctor in the first visit even though I had appointment with Dr Chandrasekhar. The main doctor also saw us for just 3 mins or less. No proper reason given for why a treatment has to be taken. The reason is that you have to take it. That's all. The other doctors enter data in a system or file. And thats pretty much it. Never felt in peace visiting here. If you don't like someone or have enemies please refer them here. But otherwise, please stay away and find a better hospital.
Dr Chandrasekhar approach to patient is very good. He spends good amount of time with my father in law during consultation. His attitude is very friendly and best treatment he offers. His clinic staff are very good. When I shared physician prescription I immediately got response from staff and doctor on Whatsapp. I thank all of them for giving best experience and best treatment.
As my experience Dr.Beenish Nazir one of the best SLE specialist in Banglore. My wife diagnosed with SLE in 2019, from the day one we taking treatment from her. My wife till today stable.
