Sanitisation 1/5. Broken toilets. Unclean washrooms. Doctors. 4/5. The senior doctors are the only saving grace. The new breed of doctors is highly arrogant and don't even know how to talk to patient. These newly created doctors won't even hesitate on shouting on a hapless patient. * By senior doctors I mean only those doctors who see and handle OPDs. Not others. CMO and MS have lot of administrative duties. No grudge for them. There are atleast 4-6 doctors who are seniors and on various adminstration post. They only need an excuse to go out of hospital once on any pretext. They won't return on that day then. They are highly paid but won't do work worth 1/10 th of their salary. Paramedics. 2/5. Most of normal deliveries are handled by student nurses. The senior staff won't even touch patient. In whole hospital, there are not even 10% paramedics who work truly. Others are totally useless. Only for grabbing heavy salaries. The day they are paid on their performance, they won't even get 1/10th of their salary. Ambulance service. 1/5. 99% of ambulance work is handled by 108 service. There is a big list of ambulances from health department, which don't even move 1000 km in entire year. Here also their drivers are highly paid and again they won't do 1/10 th of work worth their salary. You never get ambulance when required. They always make excuses that ambulance has gone here and there while in reality they are parked at hospital itself and drivers making merry. Drug Supply. 2/5. You get medicine only if you are known to the staff or the pharmacist. I have myself bought local anaesthetic and oxygen mask for a delivery of a relative. If these basic things are not available in district level hospital, you can very easily get idea of others. OPD service. 2/5. This is for the foolish schedule of govt of giving seniors citizens preference. Even if you slip number in medicine OPD is 25, your turn will not come before atleast 3pm. Reason-;there are similar number of seniors as well as staff slips. 25 number slip means that you'll be checked at atleast serial number of 55 or 60 by the poor doctor who is himself overworked and over stressed. If seniors are to be given preference, it's better to give them an exclusive OPD. Why make other normal patient suffer? Can a young patient not have serious problem? He comes at 9am to make slip and gets first token number and yet his turn comes at 12pm. Is it not injustice? Which great soul planned a Medicine OPD on first floor? The lift is non functional. How do you expect a cardiac patient to climb stairs to see a doctor?
Worst Doctors and worst services…Especially Dr. Surendar. He has no manners how to talk and serve the patients. Many people suggest this Doc but when I met him for Acid Reflux issue, he gave me Aciloc and I told him that I am allergic to that Salt, my face got swollen because of that but he did not pay attention. Wastage of time
In ladies seaction there are gents are standing.. And in return rrply they said doctors told us to stand in female line.. There are soo many pregnet ladies standing and old ladies also.. But there is no such srcurity for proper arrangment After 2.5 hours standing in billing line ..they deny for service.. And in complaint line no one is answering properly.. What a pathatic service..
