You'll need a token to consult the doctors here. Token will be provided at 8.30 in the morning and you'll have to come and wait since 7.30 am as number of tokens given away per day are limited. Token costs like ₹250 something. Waiting for the doctors to arrive is the worst part of all. Nobody in the reception tells you when the doctor is gonna come. I was told to come at 10 am and doctor arrived at 1.30 in the noon. Hospital is kept really clean and diagnosis was done quite well. They charge hefty amount which is same with all private hospitals. It is a government recognised private hospital for medical reimbursement for state government employees.
Worst ever administration. If you are ready to spend 5hours of your day just in waiting then you are most welcome to this hospital. You have to come early and wait till 8:30 in the morning to buy tocken. Fine, you have got tocken number 2 luckily. Then you have to reach hospital early and wait for doctor to come. If you by chance reached 10or 20 min late then they make you wait till 4PM. They don't care that you came early and waited in the morning to buy tocken. Doctors here can go for lunch and other breaks but a pregnant lady has you wait so long sitting on those hard steel chairs. This Hospital needs a better administration.

This is one of the best hospital in Tumkur. The doctors are genuine, understanding, humble and extremely efficient. The waiting time I little too much because of the number patients. Their billing is transparent and very economical. The wards are extremely clean and rooms are very spacious. Their sisters and staff are very friendly and caring. Thank you Aruna hospital for making out stay pleasant.
Visited Dr.Radhesh for my wife's back pain. A very good Doctor & a nice gentleman. Has lit of patience. Is never in a hurry. Explains everything in details. Fills the patient with confidence. Very talented for his young age. Happy to have met him.
