I'm very much satisfied with all the treatments that me and my wife undergoing. The Doctors and all other staffs are well qualified and really happy with all the facilities here. I can suggest to all my family and friends.
They claim to share reports over and email. When you call them to check on reports, they don't even answer the phone. Very bad service. I did multiple calls. Of the 5 times I called only once they answered the call and my email address was captured. After two hours I did not receive any email with the reports. Called again multiple times but no one answered the phone. Very bad service. If you like good service, you are not getting it at Milann. Stay away if possible. Doctors will push you to this clinic claiming they give the best reports. Good luck in finding the report if you are lucky.
The hospital is really very nice with all kind of latest equipment to do testing and surgery. Doctors are very nice and good in behavior and attitude. They are really loyal to tell you the fact about your disease and pros and cons of any kind of major surgery. Best part of the hospital is cleanliness. General word, private rooms everywhere they do maintain very high class cleanliness and sanity..👍🏻👍🏻
They take all the time on earth to see patients. Entire day goes for checkup. Have doubt whether it is hospital or fashion show. Nobody responds properly. All they need is money. Their medicine's prescribed are not available easily so they even encash that opportunity also, not even a penny concession they given. They always make the patients wait and busy celebrating some or the other functions. There is only one doc and rest all fellow doctor doesn't have experience. Am talking about kumara park branch.
Went for vaccination for my friend. Vaccination people were allowed till the main entrance and we have good social distance with other regular comers. Place is neat and kept hygienic. Parking also non-issue
