During my COVID emergency, Dr Saloni took utmost care of me as a patient . And to state more, I have been there quite a number of times, She has always shown concern and empathy irrespective of time schedule. Regardless of what we hear for government hospitals, I would state my experience with DCGH was far better than the private ones. The only thing that needs to improve is the queue system.
If there's any minus point option i want to give to Dr. Pragati minus rating due to her behaviour with the patients. She is not suppos to be a doctor bcoz doctor r patient friendly n know how to treat n communicate with the people bt she don't. I want to tell her that if she is thinking that her this behaviour sp good so she is wrong she need to be more trained in her profession bcoz she is on learning phase as she is a MO n her attitude like this so please remove Dr from ur name Pragati.....
Very bad experience. Doctors are not available at time..they are wandering around. Not sitting in their allotted room.waited for almost 3 hours for consulting GDMO in room number 27.They are just sitting their for enjoying their supremacy. No empathy towards those who visit them..very much disappointed..
