I got my angel baby girl in this hospital. Very kind staff and Doctors. My Respected Dr.Niveditha Madam takes care for pregnant women a lot. Whole together Hospital is very neat and tidy friendly 👌

Hello, I would like to share my experience regarding the service provided by the hospital. It has been a great choice. Happy with the people around. Took care of my dad so well and the doctors are so caring and adorable. The staff were so friendly and were available all the time. We all were happy with the service and care. Worst admin office u wud ever see. I had my baby delivered 2 months back but am yet to get birt certificate. They haven't submitted correct details every day am calling and begging for them to send details to muncipal corporation but they are not doing. Worst than any government office. Every time they lie, no accountability. Even after calling more than 20 times to both hospital and admin person directly, am still not getting one simple birth certificate. Pathetic admin department and pathetic service.
Overall treatment was good. Nice staff and nurses. Cooperative to requests asked. Thanks. *small issue, Billing got delayed 2+ hours just because of network issue @ hospital side. Mail was sent from insurance to hospital but billing guys unable to download. Hospital could have solved issue just by providing simple internet dongle to billing team.
