Although the appointment given was of 12.40 p.m. doctor came in only at 2 p.m.
Dr’s are great and experienced. The visitors lift service is pathetic during regular hours, if you are a visitor u have to go to floor 3 for consultation some lifts are dedicated to patients & doctors only. If you are visitor to see a patient you need a pass or can take a pass of rs 100/-. Equipment is good. Doctors are friendly. Canteen is good. It has cellar parking level2 for four wheelers and level 1 for two wheelers, Once you enter new building, back side of the building u can see the way to cellar parking. First level is for doctors, if you have SUV it will be tough, small cars are allowed to parking level 2.
Lab service is good but the staff receiving is not good the way of talking is not nice they have to talk in a proper way with everyone show your attitude in home not in working place from parking slot I saw everyone in aggressive behaviour if they don't know how to talk attendants please teach them first. The staff doesn't have basic common sense I don't know why they are working. My room number is 1183 House keeping they gave 💯 best service thank you so much for your service all of you
Doctors are really good. But the billing counter is so bad, you will have second thought about revisiting, despite exceptional doctors. Very poor! Edit : increasing my rating to 3 star for the courtesy of reaching out. I did email assistance kimshospitals.com and got a acknowledgement for receiving my email. I would increase/decrease rating based on the final assistance to my case.
KIMS has become more professional in service.Doctors are professional, considerate and service-oriented. There are many office staff members to guide a new comer to the relevant desk.Billing, allotment of slots taking care of the patients is very good. It has only improved in the last 15 years for good- not a deterioration. I wish the management continues to help patients with quality medical help in affordable price.
