My Parents including me affected with COVID Positive. We got excellent treatment from Amara Hospital. We love all the Doctors and the staff who done the consulting, all are down to earth with great positive attitude. They are like an extended family and they take time with the patient to understand the health issues. All Doctors taken their time to explain the status and highly grateful for their experience & wide range of knowledge. We should also acknowledge the front office & Public Relation Officers for their excellent support. Thanks for Great Management.

There is no response from the this worst hospital. I have given the single star because of they provided the number. Plz close your hospital and do the begging job. From past 3days am trying to book an appointment but there is no response from the reception team. AMARA HOSPITAL 'RIP'

My mother was discharged after a period of 20+ days. She is recovering well and doing great now. Hospital staff right from Doctors, Nurses to aaya's were really supportive right from day one in explaining the condition and in supporting Patient with all their needs. Particularly staff has been really great in supporting patients.

The Hospital from corporate giant Amararaja, to start with, it is built in a huge space with plenty of amenities, huge parking, good corporate office like ambience (few parts of the interiors look still underway). I consulted an Orthopedic Surgeon, who was nice and detail in examining the case, and suggested what was needed. Prices of consultation and other charges appear to be on par with any other Clinics/ hospitals in the City. The developments can be, multiple counters for Consultation fee and billing, Pharmacy: the women here are real slow and saw few frustrated patients over that. If the distance is not a barrier, a good hospital to visit in need.

Amara Hospital is one of the spacious hospitals in Tirupati. Doctors are so friendly in their approach towards patients. It seems it may take some time to the hospital staff to settle right in their regular activities. My experience in the Hospital is little bitter. Staff at the reception are neither duty oriented nor patients friendly. I waited for all most 'one and half' hour for the doctor attending Ultrasound scanning though I am the one and only patient waiting there. It takes almost 25 minutes waiting time for me to get the medicine in the pharmacy attached to the hospital though 4 persons attending their duties inside. Least can be spoken about the canteen in the hospital. They charged Rs.100 per meal and provided rice and a potato curry, dhal and curd rice. Nothing served hot. Prices not displayed in the canteen. Poor in response. Waiting is the common point everywhere in the Hospital. It is better for the people visiting the hospital to make an arrangement for the food on their own.
