Hospitality was not at all good. After giving positive reviews, the same day I have edited my views. Indian Railways has better services from this I guess. Only Regular visits by doctors and nurses made us comfortable.
Management is very good. people there take care of their patients in a very better way. Food on time and always there to assist. Mr. Arvind helped me a lot there with everything. Thanks to him. Also there was a girl there from Jhansi, don't know her name may be she was practicing, she helped a lot with the processes of files and medicines. Good care here.
One of the worst hospital I ever encountered. I have been there for Rapid Antigen test. This is one the example where you pay to gain the pain. I have paid 900 INR to Hospital for the test. It took almost 23 minutes to register where they took my documents and routed to testing booth. Person in booth rude and behaviour is like he is obliging to me. More over again documents needs to provide to booth. Irony Government hospital is providing computerized report and they are providing hand written report. For one test I have to spent almost one hour for one person after paying money. Government should look into this. Never recommend.
The management was very good, cooperative and friendly .And the process for the medical checkup was fast and satisfactory .
