Even after seeing some bad ratings, I thought of giving a try as i wanted to avail master health check only. I completely agree with the service related feedback given by many people. Hospitality need to improve a lot. Doctors were good but only the customer service is bad. I will definitely not visit for any complication.

Good responsibility I admitted my son suffered from dengue fever. Its all of u giving good care. Especially Dr.kuralvanan sir (child specialist) kind of speech very nice.
It was an Excellent experience to carry out My Master health checkup in Dharan Hospital. Doctor's and Staff Nurses are Caring and Well Respected. Hospital have equipped with Latest Lab Technologies/equipments. Compared with other hospitals in Salem City Dharan offers best comprehensive master Health checkup package.
We visited Dharan Hospital for my wife's pregnancy and I should say this, Dharan Hospital provides the best care and attention to their patients. Doctors were kind enough in answering all my queries. One of the reasons I chose Dharan is for the infrastructure they've in place. And the hygiene they maintain, I bet you'll not find this kinda cleanliness anywhere in Tamilnadu. Only problem is we will have to wait for meeting the doctors as I found the OPs are always crowded. Overall, this is a very good hospital with experienced and quality doctors.
