Been a long time visitor and user of this hospital. Has upgraded its facilities over the years while still retaining its charm as one of the older hospitals in Delhi. Most recent use was to get a dose of Sputnik vaccine. Efficient personnel on duty who went about their tasks methodically. There is ample parking space and it's free which is a rarity in Delhi and speaks volumes about the general ethos of the hospital.
Good hospital. Reasonable rates. Helpful and good. Its governed by christians so its very well managed. They are not greedy like other hospitals. Its a value for money at reasonable rates and good service. Highly recommended for all kinds of treatment. I also got vaccinated here. Their arrangement was superb. I got 2nd dose from PSRI hospital where my experience was pathetic.
Facility is all average please don't go on 5star review some reviews are by the own deptt only... I don't know why this hospital is counted on top 5 hospital of delhi in terms of facility n management... My relative is admitted here.... Now it's been 6 month to corona virus but being a hospital they r very least to be in management charges are high but nothing is bang on target except d food.... U being a concern person can't connect to doctor properly no proper time management regarding reports and all.. I waited more then 45 min just to take a stamp from d doctor.. Surely I understand he might be busy in odr works... But den hospital should see d odr ways. And also no one sits or pick d call at admin reception.
