Good hospital.
Rude behaviour of sisters at 1st floor,and some nurses, specially pro lady if we ask any doubt she may reply by shouting.its thier duty to help us by understanding for our needs ,they don't know how to behave and how to be polite to patients...Hospital atmosphere was good,doctors are good ,even the reception staff were good...And the main good thing noticed a nurse name Lincy she is really an Angel ..will help patients she will understand our needs really good and so happy of her caring and treatment
My father was discharged from another hospital yesterday and was required to undergo daily cleaning and dressing of his wound. Since Dhanya hospital was closer to our home, we went for cleaning and dressing at the hospital's Casualty today. They refused to do the C&D despite us having all the relevant medical records, surgeon's prescription etc and insisted on taking a file and consulting one of the doctors of their hospital itself. They refused to do the procedure otherwise. This is so wrong in so many levels. It is a waste of time, money and energy especially since we had already consulted someone. Taking a new file, waiting on queue for hours for a doctor just to confirm a prescription we already have is just plain stupid. We were so annoyed by the staff in Casualty that we had to go to St. James where the staff in dressing room asked what happened, did the dressing within 10 mins, charged Rs. 50 for the procedure and was kind and competent through out.
Its good for pre-diagnosed deceased patients. I've gone there twice, once for my daughter and once for my mom. They are advising us to admit there on all the occasions. But after 2-3 days doctors are not giving any explanation to the patients about the treatment or about the decease.we will get medicine's and attention's at regular interwels. My mom was admitted there for 3 days because of continues vomiting. after 3 days she doesn't feel well. Once i gone there for my daughter, she was just 3and half of year old at that time. She was suffering with high temperature. After three four days they can't figure out what the problem was. Finally we went out from there and consulted in a government hospital. They find an insect (deer bug)on her back of the body and pulled it out on very next day we relieved from the hospital.
located in old highway road. very close to potta main highway overbridge. Here the nurses are very helpful and have a kind heart especially gynaecology department. compared to other private hospitals medicine's prescribed here are less costly.
