We have had the most impressive service from a hospital in India in a long time. I am based out of India and my Mother resides in India. With the Pandemic, traveling to India to assist my mother has been a challenge. Fortis came through to help me organize her vaccine appointments and ensures I was sent the required certification as well. In particular I want to mention Head Nurse Sandhaya who took extra care and communication to make sure I had nothing to worry about. Apart from a very well organized and clean facility, the personal touch and help goes a long way in showing their care and flexibility for the patients needs. Fortis Le Femme on Richmond Town is a hospital with great structure but only drawback is that one may not be able to walk out alive as the doctors are mere money minting machines and nothing more. The doctors are trained to prepare the minds of the parents that they are having a difficult pregnancy and instead of helping them out they drain them completely of their confidence, their money and finally their baby. After one month of minting money in the NICU they were unable to provide proper care to the baby. They were so confused that they stopped antibiotics in between and finally said the baby suffered from multiple organ failure. The baby was doing fine for the first two weeks as it gained weight normally but unable to digest the fact that the baby was doing well, they staged a very pathetic scene where during the next two weeks the baby was doing well during the weekdays and all its vitals fell during weekends which was their weekend bonanza as the hospital levied heavy bills during weekend. They have a set of amateur nurses assigned in NICU who have no idea of handling babies. Finally, when a discharge summary was claimed for a second opinion what do we get? A cleanly wrapped dead baby and life long agony for the parents. The trust in the doctors and the staff was totally shattered. Never visit the money minting hospital as the charges are fixed prior to the treatment.
I had a great experience getting our health check up package done here. The hospital was clean and the staff were very friendly. I would like to specially thank and mention Ms Angel 😊 who helped in organizing and co-ordinating our check ups and getting appointments with the doctors. Again another special thanks and Ms Nancy 😊who took care of all our need at the hospital and personally took us around for all the check ups. The reports came on time and the tele appointments were well arranged!!
