Hospital is very good. One of the best hospital in UP. There are basically three things which decided the hospital usege. One doctors second staff third facilities. The panel of doctors are experienced and nursing staff is well qualified and polite in spoken. The location of the hospital is fantastic and it is located at GT road.
Very neat and clean hospital. Nurses and staff were very responsive for any issues. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. Dr. Mayank and Dr. Manish were on point with their diagnosis and have assisted in my husband's speedy recovery.

The hospital is not well managed and extremely overpriced for the services it offers. The focus is primarily on making as much profit as possible by minimizing basic facilities and charging unreasonably daily room rent. Nursing staff and cleaning staff is very cooperative but most of the efficient people are leaving the hospital. There is no provision for hot water in Tower 2, no chairs for patient to sit, no ventilation in the rooms, no purified water, even asking for basic stuff like mosquito repellents needs multiple arguments with the staff. The food provided to the patient doesn’t complies with the dietitian, rather the dietician recommends to get from for patient from home. The attendant has to run around the entire day to procure medicine; there is no means by which the nursing staff staff can order the medicines themselves. Visiting doctors are in a rush even after charging exorbitantly. This hospital is more of a fancy looking building with fundamental unsolved problems and no intent to solve them.
Worst staff.. very under experienced staff no discipline no proper procedures. Poor management. Staff denies to show patients reports also. We got a feeling they just want to get money and make least efforts to save someone's life.
