This building(Jeeyar Educational Trust) belongs to an old aged couple named Guduru Laxmamma(Perindevamma) & Guduru Ramanuja Rao. They have a son too. These trust people saw the opportunity to cheat this old aged women and finally grabbed the property. Guduru Laxmamma(who is the owner of this property) never gave her property to the so called "Jeeyar Educational Trust". Their son made multiple requests to give back the property with swamiji(Chinna Jeeyar) but he never cared the requests. May be now a big swamiji with lot of money and political influence. But no one is big before god and time. Om Namo Narayanaya.
