Very worst hospital even no staff is supporting to patient and they treating like they are doing treatment free of cost. No one will talk to you over the phone if someone want to advise or consult something but they will not come on the call. They will insist you to pay medicines bill even after if you have deposited payment against TPA. REALLY IT WAS PATHETIC AND WILL NEVER SUCH STUPID HOSPITAL.
One of the worst hospitals in Prayagraj. They are just hungry for money. Even when there specialist doctor is not available they lie to the patient's family. There doctors are also same as there staff, rude arrogant and fake. Never visit this hospital
Personally the experience was well enough, had a gallbladder surgery with Dr. Probal Niyogi, the Doctors and Staff were polite and friendly, things can be done for cleanliness though. Over-all service was good.Recommended.
