Had booked the hotel from MMT 10 k for 2 nights . It looks good in the picture shown but in actual it's contrary to that. 1. We had already asked for an early check in but the guy , Vimal who is the only person you will meet over the hotel , denied early check in and made us wait in the lobby from 9 to 11.30 AM although the rooms were empty. He said 11-12 is cleaning timing but no cleaning was done and rooms were provided to us , just like that . He didn't even allow us to use the washroom . 2. The room picture you see is of the two rooms on ground floor , there are 6 rooms on first floor which are pretty small. He was giving us that, we had to request him to provide the ground ones. 3. The guy Vimal is rude and will reply back. He will say that the cleaning time is 4-5 and maid comes but he himself is the guy who cleans it . When we came back at 6.30 , the rooms were not sweeped , we had to ask him multiple times to clean. 5. The rooms are dirty , there is dust all over , you literally feel disgusted to touch anything . Linens had stains over them. 6. The kitchen items are in pathetic condition , they are all rusted and aren't cleaned properly. 7. Washroom tap are rusted and the water is salty. 8. You can't use the hall because the guy Vimal sleeps over there and would crib that we are disturbing his sleep if we move out early , early for him is 8 AM. In short , you are going for a trip or vacation, why do you want to stay in a hotel where you feel unwelcoming , there is only that Vimal guy who will keep saying something in Tamil and when you will ask , he ll say ' go learn Tamil ' . The behaviour was damn rude. A no go hotel . You are paying for it , you deserve better.
Very bad room. Was denied breakfast. Very poor maintenance. Would not recommend to anyone

Rooms are not clean during this covid period. Not even sanitized
Rooms were so big, Neat & Clean. The Hotel Made Us The Scooty Available for a cheaper price. Kitchen had 3 Inductions and Useful utensils and an RO as well. The drawing hall & the dining area was very well maintained. Location was good for a peaceful & safe stay. Markets were in the radius of about 1 km. Nearest beach was the Promenade Beach and on this beach a well renowned cafe called LeCafe was available. Auroville is about 20 Kms from this hotel. Serenity Beach is about 7-8 Kms.Mr. Vino Vinoth was really helpful in all matters and we completely loved his hospitality.
