Really bad experience , I visited today with my chid with prior appoinment for a test with surgeon. Doctor suggested us to come with out break fast . He is just 7 year old child . Our appoinment was at 9:00 clock in the morning . We waited there till 10:30 with out break fast . And we ask to the duty nurse several times about his appoinment but they were very irresponsible and the doctor came around 10:00 clock. He ask us to go to the causality again we wait there 20 minute. Then we left the hospital with out treatment . 7 year old child wait for his treatment for 2 hours with out having his food . Terrible experience .
Almost all staff behaving very well especially cath lab leading by Dr: Sudheer,one of the good cardiologist.I went this hospital for my mother named juliya Francis, Thanks to all staff to Modern hospital.
