Thank you to all our nurses for the amazing job you do in going the extra mile and providing exceptional care. 'All the nursing staff that looked after me were exceptional. They looked after literally every need, both physical and emotional. I've never met such caring people and I won't forget them. Thanks again.
Greetings, Excellent service. We went into emergency care. They did a tremendous job to identify the problem and also did attend to it immediately without any hesitation. They also did explain to us as of what they are doing to rectify it. The Doctors their have years of experience and deep knowledge . The staff also have very humble, the admin, the billing section, the security all were extremely helpful. I have to thank all the doctor's. The cardiologists. The duty doctors, Sisters and the brothers in ICCU section who did an excellent job and they deserve all the credit.
The hospitality is very good. Excellent doctor Well trained and humble nursing staff. Wards have been well maintained. The main concern is the parking. They are non supportive. Unlike other hospitals where inpatient parking is free. Here it's exorbitant charges.
Thank you BGS for conducting the vaccination drive in Mahaveer Galaxy Apartment. The entire hospital staff was really polite & helpful, they also provided us with all necessary information that is needed to be known by the vaccine recipients. The Doctors are very professional and clinical staffs are well trained and courteous. The Doctors and Clinical Staffs duo are capable of handling any situation. I have seen this personally. Hats off to them and Keep the good work.
