I've been to this hospital in July 2021 and my expectations have been reached to the fullest both by the doctors and the management. The emergency ward's response was excellent (even on a bland Sunday). The doctors are very compassionate, attentive and helpful. The management is always committed to assist and manage the patients. Very polite and efficient, all of them. From scans and tests to pharmacy, everything is under one roof. I would certainly recommend Zoi hospitals for their medical assistance and great hospitality.
Zoi Hospital @ Dharam Karam Road. worst time scheduling. Organizer Mr. Anil is not even listening to our plea. Our appointment was at 11.am. we came at 10.45. waiting until 12.30 to doctor to come. When asked, Mr. Anil suggested rudely not to use practo app or even phone call to zoi hospital for appointments. he suggested to come directly to the hospital and take appointment. Thats rude and worst customer response i ever had @zoi hospitals dharamkaran road, ameerpet.
I have had the best hospitality here at Zoi Hospital. The waiting time is very minimal. My doctor Dr.Swarna Sree- OB-GYN, is a very good doctor. She gives a very homely and warm feeling when you talk to her. She doesn’t give any extra medications until required and mostly prefers natural remedies to avoid any side effects! Delivery and post delivery were smooth as well! The support staff is VERY VERY PATIENT and supportive! Very very satisfied with the whole experience!
Dr Ramesh (orthopaedic ) is the best doctor . Talking to him only reduces half of.our.problems he is such a patient listener gives so much time to us to express and share our problems.. very grounded . They don't ask for unnecessary tests . ..and the support staff and administration is also very very very good . Very rare nowadays ...and yes the ohysiotherapy dept Dr Rahul and sushmita they are amazing .. so much dedication ..they made.me feel so... comfortable always
