I have two children 8yrs and 4 yrs and have been to Rainbow for all their doc appointments and vaccinations. They are in the business for making money very clearly.. which would ve been justified if they treat the patients with due respect. I've had appointments with docs which were less than 60sec long for which I had to wait for 45min at the least. And these are scheduled appointments, not walk-ins. As a parent I'm in a vulnerable space when the child is sick or need to be taken to hospital.. to only focus on squeezing more money in the name of process isn't done. The amounts that they charge, the time taken and the feeling of being duped when I step out each time is just toxic.
My baby boy born here ( IP BLOCK ) Completely satisfied with the services so want to mention all All the staff are there to support us round the clock.. Doctors are empathetic and knowledgeable cleared all our doubts .. Nursing staff are very supportive and well trained.. Have some doubts about birth certificate but the staff cleared them all.. Reception and other staff are very cooperative.. Hospital is very well maintained.. They are following COVID guidelines well.. Parking space is good

I am myself a medical doctor.. I was shocked to see the poor hygiene and under trained 'Feeding experts'. Their staff is overburdened. They forget the things and are not available at right time. Avoid if you're considering it only for Brand sake. Believe me they need a inspection from the concerned authorities regularly. Literally had to wait for 3 hours for a so called feeding expert and they are only there to discourage the mother who requires them. Avoid and search for another option. I visited the hospital recently again for vaccination. I would like to mention the facility has been upgraded to a much cleaner and better place. It sounds they might have increased the staff as well. Please visit personally in the IPD before taking a decision. I am updating my review as I don't want that your decision is affected by the above old text. I am increasing the rating from 2 to 3.5.
Visited the hospital yesterday for my kid.. I am satisfied with the Dr consultation and explanations but little disappointed with the rule of Parking charge. Though I had spent Rs1400 for Registration, consultation and medicine charges even though I had to pay Rs 40 for Car parking charges. AFIK establishment should not charge as long as we have any bill. Though 40Rs is not a big deal but it doesn't feel good so decided to avoid the hospital visit as much as it would be possible.
