Firstly, Many million thanks to Dr Shiv Prasad Sir (Cardiologist) for his amazing treatment. He is very approachable, patient and down to earth person. He treats patients with great commitment and help them out of an critical situation. I would surely recommend to approach doctor for any heart related issues. Secondly, the hospital atmosphere is great and all the staff are amazing and provide good care and treatment to patients. All staff are supportive and provide good response to our queries. Consulted Dr.Shiva Kumar for my father's cardiology checkup..Doctor listened patiently all the issues and provided proper guidance. Nurses and all supportive staff are treat their parents like their family members. The hospital is well equipped with all the testing capabilities and the hospital is being maintained well. All hospital staff treat people very politely and friendly. I would recommend to visit the hospital
I'll always call the reception before I got a consultation for my father and here them saying doctor will be only available for next one hour try to make it by then. Once I'm there at hospital they just take consulting fee and keep you wait for minimum of 1 and half hour . This is the same experience I had twice whenever I visited the hospital. I believe the doctors here are really good in the way they treat patients . But the staff near receptions have no clue at all.. just make you wait for hours and hours..when inquired about the arrival of doc , the only answer you hear is " doctor will come ". Nothing else. Better update the staff with the actual timings and schedules of doctors and keep patients informed on the same than spending the whole day here just for 5mins of consulting .
