Xray film is of poor quality I have a fracture and i went there for xray and quality is soo poor that 2 doctor didn't find anything in xray then he called me do MRI, unwantedly it cost me Rs 3500 just becoz of poor quality of xray film i had to go for mri. Arihant hospital is the worst hospital. I've met Dr MP AGARWAL he is so bad the way he treats patients is totally unacceptable. He doesn't care about the patient and he behaves way too negatively with the patient. And the guardian can't even ask single question to him what is happening ,is patient fine nothing. Even the staff speaks way too negative they treat patients like nothing I'm not saying whole staff but few people are too bad there. So I'll never suggest this Doctor to anyone.
Dr. Neeraj Jain (pediatrician) has no time discipline. Hospital mgmt will give a slot of 9 to 11 and people would be sitting with their kids in covid times waiting for the doctor to come. If the Dr cannot start OPD by 11..why are they calling people at 9. Better update the timing. If Dr's time is precious, 20 people waiting with their kids also have price to their time.
Very rude and arrogant staff. No information converyed properly by anyone. Waste of a lot and lot of time, for no reason. Don't come to this hospital, even MG is better!
Good hospital , I was admitted here for 10 days for covid treatment, the team of doctors, nurses are very hardworking, devoted, helpful. The food served was good quality . everything is good here. I also went for Post covid treatment, the managers is very helpful , ( I forget the name) . Excellent hospital 10/10. I recommend everyone .
