Why 5 star. Because it is a Government Hospital. Even guys who are below poverty line or underprivileged gets great quality of Medical Treatments. So, everyone gets treated here. I myself got treated here when I was bitten by Dog. Also, my Second Corona Vaccine dose was scheduled here...🙂 Only con is You have to find correct route when navigating inside Hospital. I would advise to Continuously ask people around you like what and where do you exactly wants to go and why you are in Hospital.
my first and last visit to this worst hospital and worst management, I wish I couldn't listen to relative for referring this hospital for my wife delivery, they literally insult every patient's who visit there like "tumko kya jarurat hai bachhe paida karne ki" "kayko bachhe paida karti ho jab kharcha nahi kar sakti" " itna hee sawal karna hai toh private may lekar jaane ka" I can't do anything because my wife life was in her hand. they just want to finish their work to go home that's it no worries regards patients if patients taking time for labour pain they go for C-section specially the lady who is gynecologist I don't think she is doctor the she treat and serve to patients. my personal advice please reffer to somewhere else if you guys don't want to insult ourself like me.there are many good government hospital in Mumbai, thane but not Ulhasnagar. I hope I could complaint to indian health department regarding this but I can't. personally I don't want to pay tax for salaried this kind of doctor and nurses to enjoy my money and abused us in return.
Pathetic condition. Reception phone is out of service and no one cares to fix it. This place is not good for any kind of patients. I agree it's a government hospital, but that doesn't mean anyone should suffer because of their laziness
