Excellent management of Covid vaccination process. Very systematic, queue order, waiting facility, post vaccination protocol and vehicle parking, this hospital is highly recommended.
I have no words to explain how pathetic the hospital is, it's no better than a C-grade rural hospital, yet the daily bed charge is 4000/-. Can you imagine? I personally availed their service during my COVID infection. I got admitted with a low O2 saturation but other than a bottle of saline no additional medication was offered. I was already following the medication prescribed by my house physician, which they asked me to continue even though the medication was clearly not working for me. For medicine and other misc items, they expect someone from the patients' relative to be always around and bring the medicines from their medicine shop - patients' relative in a COVID ward, is this some kind of joke??? I have never heard any hospitals allowing patients' kin in COVID ward, but here it's completely opposite - visitors were coming in and out just like any other ward. Dr. and nurses are equally pathetic, no body even bothered to come and ask how I was feeling. Facility is too shabby - toilets have not been maintained in ages. The most ridiculous part was I was admitted with low O2 saturation, yet they didn't provide me an O2 bed until my saturation dropped below 90. By that time I realised that if I spend another hour in this place, it would be a point of no return and immediately decided to transfer to another hospital at my own risk. Has anyone ever heard patients are brought to radiology for x-ray at 1:30 AM at night when there's absolutely no emergency - but they did to 4 of the patients, including myself. My advice to everyone - PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOSPITAL.
Very bad management, I rushed my mother to hospital bcoz she was having breathing problem, first they started emergency treatment, and told me she is covid suspect I told them do not shift her to covid ward until RCPCR report doesn't revived but they forced me to admit in covid ward she admitted around 9 pm at covid wad, and next day when negative report received. They shifted around 7!pm to general ward. They billed me for two days even I did not stay 24 hrs Also I registered Mahatma phule yojana, that claimed also rejected, then I tried for weacker quota, they also denied. I didn't any Co operation from everyone. It was one of the bad experience. Weaker should not be sick in this country.
Now days they looking for Payment only not Customer , very third class management, please note Management , please do something,aata tari JAGE WAHHA ,PUNAY KAMWA .. Billing issue,lab issue , cleaning issue.
Worst Service and 0 staff Hospitality. I went there for my 2nd dose with a proper booking and yet I was not given my vaccination. It being a paid service has 0 Hospitality towards their customers. We had to sit for half and hour prior to our vaccination time. Even after your waiting the staff comes and announces that We are not eligible for the vaccine on that day. I would recommend you to select good hospital or vaccination centers which provide far better service and very polite staff too.
