I have admitted my wife for delivery this week.. It was terrible experience ....management have admitted male patient in my wife ,s room..... Saying in general we can give bed to any one.... Even while changing clothes male patient are just a bed away distance..... Which was divided with thin n open gaps cloth...... I think head doctor or management should admit their own females blood relative so that they can understand what they are doing..... Will raised this . . .. Women cell.... Soon
They have Expert and experienced doctors. It is quite reasonable compared to other hospitals.Have almost all facilities in house. Including their own lab.
Discharge department of the hospital is not proper. I had mediclaim and during discharge hospital staff conveniently forgot to send bills worth 20000 to the mediclaim team. When I pointed out the mistake, they gave me a suggestion for reimbursement, which would need follow up drop my side and I would get the reimbursement amount after 45 days. Hospital staff was unapologetic about their mistakes.
Excellent staff, very considerate and caring staff. All the processes are very well coordinated. They have excellent team of doctors. Supportive staff is also very good, they handle patients with lot of care and love. TPA department is also cooperative need not to follow up. Overall I would recommend this hospital for middle class.
