I know there many critical review. But that's also co it's a highly stressed space with people lives literally hanging in the balance. Everytime I've visited to get treated for small to medium concerns I've had an above satisfactory experience. The staff tries their best but lack refinement could also attribute this to the amount of activity they're involved with. I think this operates as a not for profit so they definitely do the best they can.

Absolutely Ridiculous Management. I had booked a vaccine slot here and they turned me and others like me, who had come for their vaccine, away saying they will not open a vial for lesser number of people. Last I checked it is the hospital's responsibility to ensure they have the proper infrastructure in place before agreeing to be a vaccination centre. The gentleman at the reception center and the vaccination reps were especially rude. I have already registered a formal complaint against this hospital with the medical board. Request others with similar experiences to do the same.
For me this hospital doesn't deserve even 1 star. Unfortunately we had to have our mother's cancer treatment in this hospital. Just One day before of Mother's demise, they shifted my mother from bed to stretcher very badly and then they put a big box of medicine on my mother's legs. I mean they don't even know how to take care of their petient. Bhagwan kare kabhi ese gande logo ka saamna kisi ko na karna padhe. Worst hospital.
