Everything is fine, and very well managed and taken care off. Expect a senior consultant, and that too in listening mood. Unless and until one hears from person visiting, I feel he or she can’t give advise. The reason we visit Jehangir is for its very well managed and coordinated efforts taken by liaising executives.
Quite good. Can be little more organized. Like eye test and dental are not in the same hall. We need to go to different OPD for that. We should have been told to get it done together, rather we did eye test first and then again were told to go for dental which was just next to eye test. Staff was helpful and polite. Little streamlining would help a lot
Very satisfied and appreciative of the service rendered at Jehangir Nursing Home's Wellness Centre.The Receptionists and Sister Rani who engaged with us were both efficient and pleasant. Sister Rani while skillfully and smoothly undertaking her job was also very reassuring and confident, enhancing the all round patient experience. An emergency with another patient ensued while with us and meticulously putting the task with us on hold,with calm and composure diverted her attention to the emergency,dealing with it with all the care necessary, before returning to finish the job with us. The hospital worked super efficiently for me during my recent visit. As an out of towner my time in Poona was limited. In one visit I was able to consult my specialist, get various tests completed and most of my results were provided in real time. The MRI department were good at putting my concerns to rest and everyone was courteous and professional.
