One of the worst doctors ....I have ever seen. Became quite rude when his medicines were not effective. Would not recommend it to anyone.
I consulted Dr. Charles at this hospital and found that the doctor is polite, humble, and gives ample time to listen to your problems. His consultation fee was also reasonable. The hospital is good, neat and clean, and is at an easily accessible location. The admission process was easy and quick. The private rooms are clean and the room are large in size as compared to other hospitals. The bedsheets and blankets were not very cleaned though. Pillows were not good as well. Toilet was clean, but the light was too dim to see things clearly. The staff was good and cooperative. They also provided room freshner and liquid mosquito repellent. The room rent was okay and was around 1450 and around 450 for each visit of the doctor, but they charged extra for nursing, and Rs 100 per glucose bottle which was quite high and unusual. Finaly, the discharge process took more than an hour, which can be made easy and quick like admission process.
A very good hospital in Bareilly. Dr Es Charles gastologist n Dr prijaya srivastav urologist is super fine.

I went there for gastroenterologist Dr E S Charls. All fascility are hear,all tests done hear in 1 hrs and you will get reports in 1 hour. Dr will see your report and then advice medicine. It is located just opposite of Ashok Kiran hospital. Dr Charles is very experienced and well experienced gastroenterologist.
