They do have good operation theater and on a very good location, they have not good, professional nursing staff. Baring 1-2 staff, none of them are professional at their work. They should understand the problem of patient and should give good service. They also tried to give downgraded room even if insurance company has approved the deluxe room. On discharge they have provided just a copy of discharge card and not provided any additional details like bills, treatments given or any other things. Not recommend at all for any surgery or treatment.
I got the proper Madication and support from the tapan hospital staff. Thank you so much all of you. Kudos to you 🙌May God give more power to you guys.
Supportive staff. They have stopped providing vaccines as they are treating Covid patients there now.

After getting confused with Online Vaccination booking in Govt site went straight to Tapan Hospital to have a walk in jab. Extraordinary staff. Unbelievably cooperative at each desk. Though had to wait a bit because of the crowd service quality left me a pleasant feeling.. 2nd day: I took my relative for vaccination. Situation was bad.Desk staff took one n a half hrs for lunch! Crowd increased! Meanwhile some staff took payment without verification. This added to Chaos! There was no social distancing because of all the disorderliness by Tapan Hospital. But despite all this they did Good social service for Walk -in people. Mr Chintan was very cooperative Tapan Hospital has to organise better. It appeared there is no Manager at all to oversee. Things are left to junior staff.
