Today I visited this hospital for 2nd dose of covid vaccination. My experience was bad with them. 1. They will ask you to get the printout of cowin appointment and adhar card. I was carrying the softcopy, but still I'm not sure why they need the hard copy. 2. They are not willing to give the invoice of the payment. After some argument, they finally provided the invoice but I had to wait for 20 min just to get the invoice. 3. There is no place to sit and relex after vaccination. They will ask you to leave.
TODAY MORNING AROUND 9.30 AM I TOOK MY 2nd JAB OF COVISHIELD AT METRO CURE ITS IN BETWEEN SMALL TO MID SIZE CORPORATE HOSPITAL PREMISES IS NEAT & CLEAN FOUND STAFF TO BE FRIENDLY , EMPATHETIC & EFFICIENT GOT MY VACCINATION CERTIFICATE WITHIN MINUTES OVERALL A PLEASENT EXPERIENCE
It's a pulmonologist and gynaecologist specialist hospital... Plz, it's a request to hospital authority don't intake patients if you can't treat someone other than your specific speciality.... Plz send patients to hospitals according to their ailments...
The receptionist behavior was rude they didn't updated my vaccination certificate on time when I questioned them they said they will check and inform within half an hour but they didn't even call back me when I made call to them she shouted at me unnecessarily , without checking why u are making call she is very angry mistake is done by them and showing frustration on others .
