Not a good business ethics. If people are wearing their own mask, why hospital is forcing to purcahse mask at Rs 50? It is strange that hospital is charging fees of Rs 2000 for consultation with doctor (Dr Anil Jain) and still need to sale mask! Every time business, every opportunity is business and everything for business?
They provide best Services....also staff is cooperative...doctors are experienced, humble and polite....nice experience.......
My father had bypass Surgery in Epic hospital. We were admitted in EPIC HOSPITAL with out any delay. Consult Dr Anil Jain show angiography. Operation done successfully. It was very good HOSPITAL with experienced staff. Food was excellent. Post operation care seems to be the best in the country. I would like to specially thanks to Khushali mam and Jagrati mama for there support throughout our journey. Thanks to team EPIC.
Visiting Dr. and cleaning staff is good. However overall security behaviour are very pathetic to the relatives. There behaviours are not upto the mark.I am seriously not happy with the behaviours they are showing. In addition to this, management has to think for visiting hrs to allow their relatives to see the patient one by one. I request management to think it seriously to make a good impression of the hospital to the patient and relatives and left behind good memories not like opposite. Thank you.
Nam bade darshan khote ..it is multi-speciality hospital and one of biggest in Ahmedabad City but NO cashless facility is available till now. nursing staff and is not so good experience and knowledge. Security staff behaviour is rude Rooms are less with amenities as per charges. ground floor canteen provides low quality food
