Went to see Dr. Mahesh Balani...because heard good reviews about him from family and friends. The doctor is good as recommended . However, the hospital and it's services are bad. Even more pathetic is the appointment booking system. They take appointments at 7 o clock on the morning...not even a minute before despite it being a manual process of writing names in the register. I was given appointment no. 1 when I called at 7:01. On reaching the hospital I was in for a shock . My number was shifted to 16th for no reason. I was told it was always 16th and I had misheard on the phone. I could do nothing about it since it was my word against the booking guys word. Pathetic pathetic customer service and management. Recommended only for emergencies. Best to avoid to reduce unnecessary hassles at hospital. I hope somebody reads these reviews and takes corrective action otherwise this hospital sure not going to survive for long with such pathetic management.
Worst hospital all they do is charge inappropriate amount. I just had minor facture which can be cured by bandage but the doctor applied plaster just to make money . Never ever recommend.
Doctor Deepa Balani is excellent, but her lady staff who stands outside and calls out names is rude.
Dr Deepa Balani is a very experienced, knowledgable, humble, patient, kind and polite doctor . I consulted her in my second pregnancy. She listens to every problem minutely and gives all her time and attention to every small query. I will highly recommend her. Wish her all the very best for her future endeavours
Best Dr. for covid treatment Dr. Mahesh Balani, I had mild covid, and as per his treatment, it got fixed in a week, and then later medicines for building immunity, I recommend him.
