Doctors are very nice, cooperative and helpful Doctors analyse everything from all angles and provide a logical and rational view. They are very clear in explaining all the cases to the attendant handling the patient However Nursing and Service Staff could be more trained and educated to treat patients and their relatives with courtesy They can also be educated to listen to the issues patiently and provide a timely assistance
We took our 3 yr old kid in emergency at 12.30AM because of severe stomach pain...Dr.NEELABH MEHRU attended him..he was so arrogant with us and kid also...didn't even check kid properly...he was so rude..it's obvious no kid will be happy to see a doctor or needle..every kid will cry,doctor should be soft spoken and very kind with kid but he was just opposite to it...there was no point to go there in emergency...if u take ur child at neo clinic and doctor is NEELABH MEHRU then immediately come out the clinic and take ur child somewhere else..
