Doctors are always late....
You can't book an appointment online or over the phone which is quite annoying. There are definitely good doctors but then there are doctors who have rating as low as 1.7 so stay vigilant and do your homework before consulting a specific doc.
Staffs are so rude, they ask Rs. 100 for registration stating records will be kept for lifetime. But in 2nd visit they were not able to find the records. They won't help you. They will not answer your queries, customer care number provided on website is always not reachable or not responding. All they care about is money. My mom has diabetes, was treated in this hospital which made her case worsen. After changing doctor and hospital she is doing very good now. They never care about the patients and their conditions all they care about is money. Pathetic staffs and pathetic hospital.
Good Hospital in reasonable price... reception also mostly polite over phone.. food quality is good..
Nice hopital with experienced Doctors. Staff are also very helpful
