FHKI is by far the best hospital in hospitality management. The quality service, staff behaviour, responsiveness are at par. Doctor's are also good. 5 star from my side.
Nursing and housing keeping and dietician's care were the best I have seen in my life. On the other hand the admission and billing department along with telephone operator are pretty incompetent and behave ridiculously with patients and their families. Treating doctors don't visit post OT. Only assistant doctors come and see.
Though treatment of patient is nice but there is a scarce of sense in reception communication and mostly they in punctuality. I went to revisit my doctor pre stent removal period and I paid at the reception early morning 9:50 o clock and they could not get me access to doctor even after 2 o clock. I also had to postpone many other important task scheduled on that very day.
It was a nice experience. All the stuffs were so Cooperative and the RMO's came for regular visit and took a great care. The food quality is indeed nice.
Very helpful and cordial sisters and brothers, serving with all smiling faces. Reasonably good food. Housekeeping staff are continuously on their toes catering to patient's needs and cleaning activities. Overall a nice experience.
