This is CHC Chaka, Naini or Rewa Road besides to Chaka Block on Rewa Road. I was vaccinated here on 7th of May, 21. You just need to get your vaccination scheduled via Cowin website and get your date, time, text regarding the same. You just need to visit early in the morning time but it's started at 10 AM. You need to visit room number 25 to get a card that mentioned your name, aadhar card and vaccination details. After that you need to visit vaccination room in the opposite building. Just wait for 30 minutes after the first dose. Nice government hospital and without any crowd.
This is wrong location. You need to go to chaka block near COD Cheoki for this.
