Very Disappointing Service Specially Emergency | Non Skilled Staff | Unprofessional | Only Money Making concept. No Skilled Doctors available in emergency | at 7:30pm also they are charging emergency fees.
C Grade hospital, I have been calling for my report since morning and there is no one to attend the call. And that too when I am calling on emergency numbers. So, this is the scenario they are no attending even emergency numbers. Staff is almost "equivalent to illiterate" , don't know how to handle queries and their management and staff sucks. Infact government hospitals are way better in management than these stupid guys. Every staff is busy in their gossip. F***ing illiterate.
Admitted my mother for emergency case of vertigo. 2 and half days it took them to confirm and say it is vertigo, despite me telling continuously about it. Then later they stopped my mother's BP medicine and said your mom doesn't have bp related issue. I took other doctor's advice and they said BP will never be up when someone is puking. Then comes their nursing staff, not very experienced staff they handled the injections poorly. Their cleaning staff is good. Catering is very normal too. But accessibility in case of emergency is there. Also most staff was not wearing mask including floor incharge and this was amidst pandemic of onicron
Worst hospital.. Great bluff played by management specially be aware from Dr Pratik. Patients belonging like Mobile, wallet money taken by them. And at the time of discharge they will tell that they will return u later but u never got them chahe kitna bhi chakkr lga lo. It's my Personal experience.
Very good hospital and staff very cooperative.i am really want to thank to all doctor who saved my sister life . Main humesha Atlanta ke doctors or staff ko yaad rakhunga . thanks alot
