Doctors are best. But specially Vadodara branch is very weak in administrative services: 1. Only one lift is working since last 3 months 2. Weighing scale is not working in Radiotherapy department. All hospital basic equipments are not calibrated 3. None of the local phone numbers are working Its more like semi government type of hospital.
Very well maintained with very co operative staff & doctors. Absolutely delighted to come here for my mother's treatment. 10/10 score.
This is one of the best hospitals I have come across and over here, I have felt as if I have come not to a hospital, but a second home. I genuinely thank every staff and special thanks to the DOCTORS there.
Best treatment. Very supportive staff. Good service. But improve facilities for patients relatives. Ac is off and there isn't any fan for patients relative.
HCG is the best Cancer hospital I have ever seen till now. The staff connects with the people's emotions. They treat patients like they are their family. So I will suggest everyone if you want to go to cancer hospital then go to HCG
