THIS IS THE BEST LAB I HAVE EVER VISITED BECAUSE THE DURATION OF SAMPLES ARE QUICKLY THAN WHAT I EXPECTED TIME VERY HONES TAND LAB STAFF MEMBERS ARE VERY POLITE

I hv choosen home sample collection, lab person has came with precautions and taken sample. Report was received on time (within 12 hours)
They don't answer your call no matter how many times you call! I agree with one the reviews here, the front desk staff unprofessionalism. I did not get the taste of front desk but can surely tell that they are IRRESPONSIBLE TOO! for not attended customer calls! Better close your Diagnostic center and open a General Store!
My experience was good. Went for kids RT PCR which was needed for flight. It was very smooth process. Went there paid the testing fee and gave the swab. They said it will take 12 hours to get a report. We gave the swab at 9 PM and received the report on Whatsapp at 8 AM next morning. No follow ups at all. The front desk people were also very helpful. I went to other diagnostic centers but none of them promised to give the report before 48 hours as that was the Diwali weekend. Avigna diagnostic is located on the 5th floor of the same building where Ankura Hospital is there. Go to the basement and take lift to 5th floor.
