People are mostly looking on billing collection and how to gain opportunity for charge another area.. Doctors are good but administration and other staff attitude need to change a lot.... Thank you for your worst service... Hope won't see this hospital again by the God blessing🙏🙏
Worst hospital, no time management. Online appointments are just for a name sake. They won't us to the doctor on time. It will be like 2-3 hours delay. They won't allow the other person into the hospital, who came along with us. Nothing is in systematic way... so much of waiting. Better to avoid this hospital. Worst hospital and worst management ever.
Staff and hospitality was excellent during op and in patient time for my wife and good care for my infant baby also...
Please never consult for doctor Manjusha, ankura kodali is really fame one, but don't go for gynecologist manjusha. Initially I have visited manjusha for six months and later in billing section they informed that fhpl policy is not tied up with ankura idpl, so after checking with manjusha and after informing that by the time of delivery we will come again here, we started visiting rainbow hospital. As mentioned we went for delivery and reached for manjusha, she really behaved so rudely and from the time I started talking with her, she stated only one point saying, let me know soon "I will do c-section". For money sake she troubled me asking for c-section, shouted on me like hell, no proper labor room and post third day I got to know that she did c-section for every one. Already my friend suggested not to consult Doctor manjusha, because of rude behavior, please if you or your family members to have normal delivery don't visit manjusha.
I have taken the services of this hospital for two times for maternity. staff here is very well trained moreover they are rich in experience with their work.. A special thanks to @Dr. Manjusha from me and my spouse. The way she treated us during our regular check-up and delivery was too good.. speaking to her is a great medicine for nervousness and fear. I have reffereed my friend who has been misguided in other hospital but after getting in contact with Dr Manjush she helped him in understanding the issue and treated him with correct procedures. Highly recommended @ Dr. Manjusha.
