We had miserable experience in hospital. We have admitted our grand father as he was having extreme cold and he was facing breathing issue. We were told to immediately move to ICU and as advised proceeded with their choice. Physicians gave counselling that it is due to lung infection which might lead to stroke. In first midnight when we were admitted doctors called and took emergency signature and told that in the event of emergency they will do required procedure, but the cardiologist came next day evening. I don’t understand when they take signature as emergency how can doctor come after 36 hours of admission. And the ICU boys were so restless they cant even understand that a patient admitted and in ICU will be fear and they will call attenders more times. And one of those was disrespectful. And other disappointing factor is they say they will accept UPI and cards and the machines will never work. And normally in any hospital it is their responsibility to inform attendants about the patient status and test reports, but no info. And worst part is they have not even told that we need to bring food for patient in ICU until we asked them.
Good hospital with a reasonable charges. Treatment is excellent. Doctor's and the staff are very good. My mom with a serious condition got discharged happily. Thanks to Lifeline Hospital

My sister and mother were treated at the hospital the treatment was really good both have recovered and are doing well. Thank you to the doctor's and especially Harini P R the lady at the reception for handling the admission and discharge really quick and also explaining us all the details before admission.
