This hotel is situated in the heart of the city but away from the usual traffic with huge car park area. They have 2 restaurants which are equally good in ambience and food taste, but one in the outdoor has lot of mosquitos during evening times which is better to be avoided other than this, this sitting area is too good. The staff are very helpful. Coming to rooms, they are big and spacious but the fittings in bathrooms and other stuff look old . Its like 3 star hotel of yesteryear not of the present modern day glossy ones, hence don't keep high expectations but its all manageable considering the location.The travel desk guys are helpful and it is recommended to book a guide or plan itinerary here itself. I would personally recommend this property for anyone planning to visit Hampi.
Good service and extremely clean hotel. Friendly staff and extremely helpful, special thanks to the relationship manager (sorry we don’t remember his name). Temptation restaurant within the hotel is top notch, surprised to get such delicious Indian Chinese and North Indian food. Overall a great place to stay.
Great staying experience. Very courteous people at the reception. Fantastic rooms. Very good support staff. Clean pool and a good spa. Restaurant was good. Only thing that needs improvement is the complementary breakfast which was not upto the mark.
We had come to this restaurant for lunch based on reviews and recommendations from family. The food was really good. But in one of the starters we found a small dead cockroach. This upset us a lot and they replaced all the starters from all of us. Suggestion to management: Please make sure quality check is done in kitchen, monitor the cleanliness. The whole food experience of food went in vein by just a small mistake. Good service, food and ambience. Hence 3 star ratings from me, otherwise was happy to give 5 star. Please take this review as improvement for future and serve customers the best.
Great ambience and food. But sometimes, their staffs don't change the banana leaf (used for serving) for a dish change, which is very odd for a restaurant of this repute. Other things are very nice. Fish finger and tandoori dishes are best
